We design architectural custom homes that are more than beautiful — crafted for you and the life you want to live.

Architecture, Made from Who You Are

A Skyterra home isn’t just designed, it’s felt. From light to layout, every detail shapes a home undeniably your own.
Thoughtful design begins with you.

Process with Purpose, Tailored to You

Our thoughtful process combines expertise and care — delivering clarity, confidence, and enjoyment from start to finish.

Discovery

Reveal & Define
We get to know how you live, learn what inspires you, and understand what you envision for your future. Through careful exploration and analysis, we clarify your vision and uncover the insights that will shape your home.

Design

Craft with Intention

With your vision clearly defined, we holistically design every element — architecture, interiors, and landscape — to enhance your life, reflect your identity, and craft an exceptional home.

Construction

Realize the Vision
As your design advocate, we work closely with trusted builders to ensure every detail is executed with care. We protect the integrity of your vision, providing expert oversight and collaboration so your home is realized exactly as intended.

The Home You Design Will Shape Your Life

Designing a custom home is your chance to live as you’ve always dreamed. But when design prioritizes empty opulence over what truly matters, you risk more than time and money — you risk living with less meaning in a home that falls short of the life you deserve. At Skyterra, we believe your home should be more than beautiful. We take the time to understand you, designing with care and intention to create a home that reflects who you are and enriches how you live every day.

Choose more than beautiful.

Edward Hsueh

Design Assistant

Edward Hsueh is a Design Assistant at Skyterra, where he supports the design team across visualization, drawing production, and project development. With a focus on efficiency, clarity, and adaptability, he contributes to the progression of ideas as they move through each phase of the design process. His work is grounded in a mindset of forward movement, where each step builds on the last to strengthen the overall outcome.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and developed a strong foundation in digital modeling, visualization, and construction documentation. Early in his career, Edward has embraced a versatile role within the team, supporting both the creative and technical sides of the work. Whether building 3D models, refining drawings, or assisting with construction documents, he focuses on maintaining momentum and supporting the larger vision with precision and care.

Edward’s approach to design is driven by curiosity and a belief that ideas are never static. He sees the design process as an ongoing exploration, where each decision opens the door to new possibilities. Inspired by both everyday innovation and the way people interact with the built environment, he brings a perspective rooted in growth, discovery, and the pursuit of better solutions over time.

Jerry Jiang

Project Coordinator

Jerry Jiang is a Project Coordinator at Skyterra, where he supports the design and production process with a focus on clarity, precision, and thoughtful execution. With a background in architecture and a strength in BIM modeling and technical development, he plays a key role in translating ideas into spaces that feel clear, intentional, and fully realized.

He earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and brings experience across both design and documentation from previous roles as an architectural designer and job captain. His work spans early-stage concept development through detailed modeling and construction documentation, with additional experience in visualization that supports how ideas are communicated and understood. This range allows him to move fluidly between creative exploration and technical resolution. Jerry is especially drawn to the full design journey — from understanding a site’s conditions to shaping a plan that responds to both environment and client vision.

Originally from New York, Jerry’s interest in architecture began with the city’s skyline and the way buildings shape everyday life. Today, he continues to draw inspiration from both urban environments and the quiet clarity of nature. Whether exploring a new city or stepping away on a hike, he approaches design with curiosity and a deep appreciation for the details that bring a space to life.

Teague Bostic FE

Lead Project Designer

Teague Bostic is the Lead Project Designer at Skyterra, where he helps bring the studio’s architectural vision to life through spaces that are intentional, expressive, and grounded in place. Known for his quiet focus and cross-disciplinary mindset, Teague blends creative intuition with technical precision, ensuring every project is both emotionally resonant and deeply resolved.

A Las Vegas native, Teague began studying architecture in high school, earning regional and national recognition for design competitions focused on community, wellness, and social impact. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas, with a minor in Unmanned Aircraft Systems. His early career spanned architecture, aerospace, and nuclear systems engineering, where he developed his systems thinking and sharpened his attention to detail.

Before joining Skyterra, Teague spent six years as an architectural designer at one of Las Vegas’s most recognized custom design-build firms, contributing to high-end residential and community projects across the valley. At Skyterra, he leads the project design process with clarity, curiosity, and care—shaping homes that reflect their setting and resonate deeply with the people they’re made for. He believes design is most powerful when it’s personal, and that meaning often lives in the quietest details.

Amanda Ziegler

Director of Brand & Marketing

Amanda Ziegler is the Director of Brand & Marketing at Skyterra, where she leads the studio’s storytelling, visual identity, and client experience. Her role bridges design and strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Skyterra’s commitment to authenticity, meaning, and thoughtful design. With a background in branding, creative direction, and luxury design, Amanda brings both an artistic eye and strategic clarity to the evolution of the Skyterra brand.

Her career began in top creative agencies, where she developed campaigns and identities for leading hospitality and lifestyle brands. Over time, her passion for storytelling and design led her into the world of custom residential architecture, where she helped shape the brand of one of Las Vegas’s most recognized custom design-build firms. That experience deepened her belief that strong brands don’t just look beautiful — they tell a story people can feel.

Amanda studied Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, originally drawn to visual merchandising for its blend of interiors, branding, and storytelling. That foundation evolved into a lifelong passion for building brands that truly resonate. At Skyterra, she’s building the brand and marketing foundation from the ground up — crafting
a presence that reflects the way Skyterra designs: with purpose, care, and a lasting sense
of place.
